What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your order under Distance Selling Regulations within 14 days, starting from the day after receipt you can request a refund, exchange or credit. We will issue your refund after receiving the items in perfect condition, with the original packaging and components. If only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charges will not be refunded. In case of an exchange request, a new order will be shipped quickly as soon as we receive the items.
